NO le pongas sal en este momento porque en vez de saltearse se va a sudar y se va a ablandar. La idea es que quede cocida pero firme, así aporta textura 😉. Retiramos la coliflor de la sartén.
- Sin lavar la sartén agregamos un chorrito más de aceite y cocinamos el resto de las verduritas, ahora sí con un poquito de sal. Cuando empiezan a ablandarse y a cambiar de color agregamos la coliflor que habíamos salteado recién y mezclamos.
- Añadimos ahora el puré de tomate, sal, pimienta y condimentos a gusto (usé pimentón dulce y un poco de orégano. Cocinamos un rato hasta que reduzca la salsa. En olla aparte hervimos los tirabuzones hasta que estén al dente.
- ⚠️ TIP SALUDABLE! si querés disminuir el uso de grasas, en vez de saltear en aceite, tenés 2 opciones: 1) usá spray vegetal ; 2) reemplazá el aceite que usamos para cocinar las verduras por un par de cucharadas de agua (y agregale un chorrito de oliva en crudo a la salsa, al final de la cocción, antes de apagar el fuego, para saborizar y perfumar) ☑️
- Colamos los tirabuzones y los servimos con la salsa y rociados con un chorrito de oliva. Listo! Súper fácil, súper rico! Y además, bien económico! Besitos 😘
