- 250 gr se yogurt
- 2 huevos
- 3 tazas harina
- 1/2 cta sal
- 500 gr queso
- 1/4 cta bicarbonato de sodio
- 1 poco manteca
Instructions to make to make Khachapuri
- En un bowl agregar el yogurt, bicarbonato, huevo y remover, añadir la harina tamizada mezclar, agregar el aceite, mezclar, con la yuda de la mano mezclar bien y hacer una bola de la masa y dejar reposar. Mientras rallar los quesos y añadir un huevo, unir bien con el queso.
- Dividir la mezcla de queso en porciones de 8 a 9 formando bolitas. Volcar la masa sobre la mesa enharinada trabajar unos minutos con la mano, formar un cilindro de ella y dividir en porciones iguales (misma cantidades que las bolas de queso)
- Cada porción de la masa, aplastar con la mano y formar bolitas, tapar las bolitas con papel film y dejar reposar 10 minutos. Pasado ese tiempo, a cada bolita trabajar con los dedos como aplastándola
- Pasarle el palo de amasar 2 o 3 veces para aumentar su tamaño el grosor debe ser como 2 cm. aproximadamente. Una vez hecho esto cargar en el centro la bola de queso y empezar a cerrar hacía el centro. Volver a aplastar primeramente con los dedos formado un círculo como una tortilla, luego terminar con el amasador, uniendose masa y queso.
- Calentar una sartén en ella gotear aceite y esparcir con cepillo de silicona, colocar la tortilla esperar unos minutos que cocine la parte de abajo y dar la vuelta para cocinar del otro lado en este momento pasarle la manteca (opcional) para que la masa sea más crujiente.(proceder de la misma manera hasta terminar de cocinar las tortillas de queso)
- Especial para una tarde de merienda o un desayuno. Crujientes y lleno de sabor. Muy fácil su preparación y cocción. En la canasta se ven cortadas en triángulos 💕
