- 40 ml. limoncelo bien frío, por copa
- 130 ml. prosecco bien frío, por copa
- 1/2 limón
- 1 bol de azúcar glas, para decorar

- Comienza elaborando la mezcla del queso, pon en un bol el queso mascarpone, el pesto verde y la pimienta, integra bien. Añade los tomates, mezcla y reserva.



- Pon una loncha de prosciutto sobre una tabla y úntala con el relleno, distribuye por encima las hojas de rúcula.


- A continuación, pon en un lado la mozzarella y enróllala con el prosciutto. Y listo.


- Ahora vamos con el cocktail, coge una copa y restriégalas sobre el limón para humedecerla. Acto seguido mete la copa en el bol con el azúcar glas. Reserva.
