  4. 100 ml vino blanco

  6. 3 quesitos tipo Caserio (opcional)

  1. Picamos la cebolla y el puerro. Pelamos y cortamos la patata en trozos. Da igual el tamaño en que cortemos los ingredientes porque luego los vamos a triturar. En la foto no aparecen ni los quesitos ni el jamón, por ser opcionales.
  2. En una cazuela echamos un chorrito generoso de aceite y cuando adquiera temperatura echamos la cebolla y un poquito de sal. Lo dejamos pochar a fuego medio.
  3. Cuando la cebolla empiece a estar blandita agregamos el puerro, removemos y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio.
  4. Cuando el puerro adquiera color añadimos la patata, removemos y dejamos que se hagan durante tres minutos a fuego medio.
  5. Agregamos el vino, subimos el fuego y dejamos que se evapore el alcohol. Cuando se haya evaporado cubrimos nuestras verduras con agua y dejamos a fuego medio unos 15 minutos o hasta que la patata esté a nuestro gusto.
  6. Retiramos del fuego y trituramos intentando que no queden grumos. En principio ya estaría el puré, yo le incorporé unos quesitos, volví a triturar todos y puse de nuevo la cazuela al fuego. Mientras se calentaba el puré, en una sartén sin aceite doré unos taquitos de jamón para decorar. Cuando el puré esté bien caliente, servimos y echamos el jamón por encima. Buen apetito!!!
