- Enjuago 2 veces el envase del yogur con leche y lo añado al vaso de la Thermomix. Lo bato todo durante 10 segundos a velocidad 5.
- Reparto el contenido en vasos de cristal de yogur limpios y los introduzco en la FussionCook. Tienen un programa de yogur que mantiene el contenido a 40º C durante 10 - 12 horas.
- Una vez hechos los yogures, los saco de la olla y los tapo con film. Los pongo en la nevera un mínimo de 4 horas antes de consumirlos.
- Los podéis degustar tal cual o añadiendo nueces, mermelada de fresas o de melocotón, frutas naturales, etc
