Pasado ese tiempo se habrá reducido el líquido y el pollo habrá quedado jugoso y con sabor con una salsita en el fondo la cual de quedar líquida pueden espesar con una cda de almidón...en este caso no fue necesario ya que el caldito hizo de espesante también...servir con arroz, papas, puré etc...buen provecho!
