En esta receta debo dar crédito a la Paula quien es la que la preparo (porque tienes que tener paciencia para hacerla 😅) es una capa en la cocina y la hizo en la casa donde trabaja, para las chicas que viven por allá que jamas habías comido este tipo de platos.   2. Con ambas manos y frotando los porotos se comienzan a pelar, debes botar el agua para que el hollejo se escurra ya concluido todo el proceso (porotos pelados) los llevamos a la cocción. Paralelo a esto comenzamos con nuestro sofrito.
  3. Sofreímos la cebolla, el ajo, zanahoria y pimentón y agregamos ají color, comino, sal y pimienta (mi hermana me dice que puedes ponerle el aliño que quieras y el que más te guste 😁) y para terminar el sofrito agregamos la longaniza picada, reservamos.
  4. Ya transcurrida aproximadamente media hora (de todas formas ir viendo la cocción de los porotos para que no se peguen, no se sequen ni se muelan) agregamos media taza de arroz y servimos. Bueno acá le pusimos un poco de ají color con aceite que le da ese tono característico a la gran mayoría de las comidas y sabe delicioso 😋 y listo a disfrutar!!!!!!
