- Luego licuar el pan remojado y añadirlo al aderezo, mover la mezcla. Una vez que rompa el hervor, añades el pollo deshilachado.
- La consistencia no debe estar espesa ni aguada, si está espesa añadir un poco de caldo de pollo, si está aguada, seguir moviendo (deben evitar que se queme).
- Servir sobre las papas sancochadas, agregarle un huevo duro cortado a la mitad. Si desean le agregan pecanas picadas o nueces y decorar con aceituna.
