  1. Rallamos la zanahoria y picamos finamente en Juliana la col y el puerro. Echamos a un bol.
  2. Batimos el huevo e incorporamos junto con la harina, soda, jengibre picado, sal y pimienta. Troceamos las gambas, las incorporamos y mezclamos bien.
  3. Ponemos una sartén al fuego con aceite de girasol y echamos la mitad de la mezcla. Debe quedar no muy gorda y se hace a fuego medio tapada. Colocamos lonchas de bacon encima.
  4. Pasados 10 minutos le damos la vuelta.
  5. Mientras tanto vamos haciendo la salsa que simplemente es mezclar todos los ingredientes.
  6. Una vez cocinado la servimos en un plato, pintamos con la salsa y echamos mayonesa tal cual se ve en la foto
