  2. Pelamos las patatasy las cortamos en rodajitas no muy gruesas y a la vez en 4 partes. Las añadimos a los guisantes y dejamos que se vaya cociendo a fuego medio bajo.
  3. Cortamos las salchichas en trozos pequeños y las pasamos un poco por la sartén. Justo para que se sellen un poco.
  4. Añadimos las salchichas a los guisantes cuando veamos que la patata comienza a ablandarse. Dejamos que cueza y termine de hacerse.
  5. Los guisantes y las patatas iran consumiendo agua poco a poco. Estarán hechos cuando el agua prácticamente se haya consumido y la patata está blandita. (Si ya está blanda la patata y probamos y todo está hecho podemos ligar la salsa con una cucharadita de maicena diluida en un poco del caldo o si no es mucho aplastando un par de patatas también se engorda la salsa)
