  5. Rellena la berenjena con la mezcla y mientras el horno termina de calentarse, haz una bechamel con la mantequilla, la harina y la leche
  6. Cuando casi esté lista del todo añade sal, pimienta, nuez moscada y un puñado de queso rallado
  7. Napa la berenjena, cubre con queso y al horno. 10 minutos a 200C calor arriba y abajo
  8. Pasados los 10 minutos, gratina unos 5 minutos más y listo
