  5. 1 Cucharada Vinagre de Arroz o Manzana
  6. al gusto Wasabi
  7. al gusto Salsa de Soja

  1. Preparamos el Sumeshi, lavando, escurriendo el Arroz, cociendo 12 minutos a fuego medio, reposando 10 minutos tapado y enfriando con el preparado de Vinagre dulce. Receta completa en la sección de ingredientes. 😉😉
  2. Cortamos los filetes de Bacalao Ahumado en unos trozos de 6-7 cms de largo y 3 cms de ancho. Preparamos los Nigiri, humedeciendo las manos con agua y vinagre (mezcla 4 Cucharadas Agua y 1 de Vinagre), cogiendo una cantidad de Arroz Sumeshi de 30 gr y dando forma ovalada.
  3. Mezclamos 1 bolita tamaño garbanzo de Wasabi con 1 Cucharadita de Vinagre. Pintamos la superficie de los Nigiri con la Mezcla y colocamos la porción de Bacalao Ahumado encima. Ajustamos la forma del Nigiri a la loncha de pescado.
  4. Y... ¡¡Listo!!!!! 😊😊 Sugerencia de presentación: envolver el Nigiri con una cinta de Alga Nori de 1 cm, decorar con Cebolleta picada y tiras de Zanahoria. Degustar con una mezcla suave por persona de Salsa de Soja (30 ml), Vinagre de Arroz (10 ml) y 1/8 Cucharadita de Wasabi. 😉😉 Espero que os guste!!!!🤩🤩😘😘
