- 2 latas atún
- 2 huevos duros

- Pincelamos las barcas de calabacín con un poco de aceite y las introducimos al horno ya precalentado a 200ºC durante 15 minutos
- Picamos la cebolla y los ajos y los sofreímos en el aceite hasta que la cebolla empiece a transparentar.
- Añadimos la pulpa del calabacín que habremos picado anteriormente y la sofreímos junto con la cebolla y el ajo.
- Cuando esté el calabacín hecho (blandito) añadimos las 2 latas de atún bien escurridas y sofrreímos junto con todo lo demás por un par de minutos.
- Añadimos tomate triturado al gusto (yo añadí unos 100 ml aproximadamente) y sofreímos hasta que cambie de color a más oscuro. Añadimos ahora la sal, la pimienta y el orégano para que con el tomate se vaya aromatizando todo.
- Picamos los huevos duros y los añadimos al sofrito.
- Rellenamos las bascas de calabacín con la mezcla e introducimos de nuevo en el horno hará gratinar.
- De forma opcional podemos añadir un poco de bechamel por encima y queso rallado. (en la foto 4 piezas llevan queso y las otras restantes no lo llevan)
- Para la bechamel: Picamos un trozo de cebolla y la sofreímos, le agregamos una pizza de sal y cuando la cebolla esté transparente añadimos una cucharada rasa de harina. Sin parar de remover la tostamos un poco durante un minuto aproximadamente y es entonces cuando añadimos leche desnatada (la cantidad dependerá de lo ligera que la queráis dejar). Agregamos también pimienta y nuez moscada.
