  2. Sofreír la cebolla con el ajo. Cuando la cebolla esté medio transparente, agregar la carne molida para que se cocine. Aliñar con orégano, comino, sal y merkén a gusto.
  3. Mientras la carne se cocina, tomo las papas gajo (qué son maravillosas!) y las pongo sobre una lata para el horno. Les pongo aceite de oliva, sal, orégano últ merkén y revuelvo con la mano. Ponga harto aceite de oliva para que las papas queden crujientes. En horno eléctrico son 20 minutos a 180 grados.
  4. Cuando la carne esté cocida, agregar el interior de los zapallos italianos, previamente partidos a la mitad, a lo largo, como en la foto del paso 1. Una vez agregado el zapallo en trocitos pequeños (yo saco el interior con una cuchara), apagar el fuego.
  5. Acomodar los zapallitos en una fuente para el horno y agrego la preparación dejando el jugo en la sartén. Agregar queso generosamente sobre los zapallitos. Poner al horno solo para gratinar el queso. Yo no tenía queso para gratinar así que no me quedó doradito, pero quedó muy rico!
